- Whenever you receive Refinerz call, you need to ask the caller your security PIN written on your card before giving access to your computer. In case caller fails to verify the PIN, then be alert as they are not Refinerz.
- Membership card comes with magnet which sticks to a fridge or any metal surface easily, or you can keep it beside your computer. Keep it in a place where all computer users can easily access. You can also write down the PIN and keep it in a safe place. It is highly recommended not to save the PIN in your computer or email.
- Don’t worry if you’ve lost your card, just call our customer care and we’ll send you a new one. We recommend not to share your PIN to anyone. You can also ask for new card if you accidentally shared your PIN by emailing us at support@refinerz.us or call our Toll Free 1-877-377-4221.
