Unable to receive emails

If you cannot connect to the Internet, this might be the reason that you are unable to send or receive e-mails. You might want to contact your ISP. After your Internet connection is restored, try to send yourself an e-mail to check whether your problem is resolved.

 

Email font issue

Technically, you can use any font you like in an email, but if your subscribers don’t have that font available on their device, they are not going to see it. Since 1998 the vast majority of computers, both PC and Mac, have shared a common set of fonts. 18 to be exact. These are known as ’email safe’ fonts, as pretty much every email device has them installed.

 

Stop unwanted emails

At the present more than 95% of email messages sent worldwide is believed to be spam, making spam fighting tools increasingly important to all users of email.

 

Unable to trash emails

Restart your device after disable your email account, and then enable your email account. Just go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Mail > your email account, and disable Mail. restart your iPhone or iPad and then turn on Mail again.

 

POP & SMTP Errors

The easy answer is to go into the Advanced settings of the email account and make sure Accept All Certificates is checked. If that isn’t checked, check it and try again.

 

Outlook Backup & Recovery

Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Select Export to a file, and then select Next. Select Outlook Data File (.pst), and select Next. Select the mail folder you want to back up and select Next. Choose a location and name for your backup file, and then select Finish.
